  4.      SysRes.exe is a Windows(TM) 3.0/3.1 application that measures
  5. Memory usage and CPU usage in a graphical and text format.  The 
  6. graph is scalable to any size, and lets the user know how heavy he 
  7. or she is taxing the CPU at just a glance.  This allows the user to 
  8. optimize his or her system for maximum efficiency.

  15.               Installation

  17.      It's so easy now!  Run the install program from your diskette
  18. or unzip directory, and follow it's instructions.  Then put the 
  19. SysRes icon onto your StartUp desktop.  Make sure VBrun100 is 
  20. installed according to its instructions, or in your windows directory.

  23.             USE OF EB-Software PROGRAMS

  25.      The EB-Software series of programs must be  licensed for use
  26. within a home, business, corporation, or organization, including
  27. government  agencies and educational institutions.

  29.      Shareware distributors may distribute the software without
  30. permission EB-Software.  However, all files must remain intact, 
  31. unmodified, and contain all documentation files.  A reasonable 
  32. disk copying or preparation fee may be charged.  Buyers must be 
  33. informed that use of the programs requires registration or 
  34. licensing and purchase of the disk does not constitute 
  35. registration.  All archived files must remain in original .ZIP 
  36. format.
