  1. ScratchPad 1.0 is a small program similar to the Macintosh
  2. "Notebook" program.  ScratchPad functions like a small notebook,
  3. with 10 pages, each page holding about 600 characters of text.
  4. The information on each page is saved each time the program is
  5. quit in a file called SCRATCH.DAT.  This program was written 
  6. using MS Visual Basic 2.0, and requires the VBRUN200.DLL file
  7. that can be downloaded from many different bulletin boards and
  8. FTP sites.
