  10. Thank you for purchasing "Monster Disc II", the ultimate collection of
  11. 1992 Public Domain and Shareware programs. We have made every effort to
  12. ensure that these discs contain *NO* duplicate programs, *NO* multiple
  13. versions of the same program and that *ALL* programs were either written
  14. or updated during 1992/93. The only exceptions are those files which may
  15. be older than 1992 but belong to a set which have been released\updated
  16. during 1992/93 and GIFS/Animation files which may have had their origin date
  17. changed due to uploading to BBS' both at the Monster Disc BBS and others.

  20. To install the Monster Disc File Viewer, change to your CD-ROM directory
  21. and type "INSTALL". Follow the prompts and the program will start up after
  22. installation if you choose to run it immediately.
  23.  
  24. NOTE: You MUST install the files for each CD-ROM disc into a seperate
  25.       directory. The install program will do this automatically if you
  26.       install the viewer to your C: drive.  Total installation of the
  27.       two discs will require almost 3 megabytes of hard drive space.

  30. To view the many animation, GIF and PCX files on the discs, just tag the
  31. files you wish to view from the CD-ROM manager. ESC to the action menu
  32. and select VIEW. When it asks you to confirm whether you would like to
  33. view the non-standard files choose YES.

  36. The main directory of each disc contains various directory structures
  37. that you may use to convert to your BBS program (if you're running one).

  137. Included in the main directory is a utility to directly convert the Monster
  138. Disc file listings to TAG BBS format file directories. This was written and
  139. included in the package by the author of the Monster Disc File Viewer, Mark
  140. McKay.
