Transcription: The setup of the PFR was helpful to defining some restraint for low torques or unrestraint for low torques in terms of applying forces. Once that was completed and that task was done, I ingressed the PFR and as you can see here, I did one push off, essentially a leap upward using the tethers that I had secured to the PFR to yank myself down and get my heels securely into the foot restraint.
