Transcription: Bookshelf provides two ways of locating information, the search feature and the index feature. If you want to look through the text of one or more books for a word or phrase, use the search feature. If you are trying to find a particular subject in the book you have open, you can use its index. Instead of appearing on pages, a book's index appears in the index dialog box.
