Welcome to ROUTE 66 RouteBundle!
================================
ROUTE 66 RouteBundle is a routeplanner from city to city, in a
"light" version that is derived from the full-featured product "ROUTE 66
Route Europe". This documentation describes the features of ROUTE 66 Route
Europe. Some features and geographical regions that are described here may
therefore not be available in your ROUTE 66 RouteBundle product. For more
information on the ROUTE 66 product line, with also the ROUTE 66 route
planners from street to street, please contact ROUTE 66 Geographic
Information Systems B.V., Voltastraat 3, 6716 AJ Ede, The Netherlands,
Tel. (+31)(0)318-691966, fax (+31)(0)318-645569, Internet
http://www.route66.nl.
ROUTE 66 determines the shortest, fastest, cheapest and most economical
route by car or lorry between any two locations in Europe!
ROUTE 66 is the most complete route planning product. A professional
product for the demanding user.
ROUTE 66 is:
User-friendly: with a single mouse-click a route can be calculated to
any point whatsoever on the map, or to a specified location or postcode.
Detailed: contains all cities in Europe, more than more than 450,000
locations, including junctions, sliproads and roundabouts. A large
number of points-of-interest are likewise incorporated. All locations
can be simply looked up in the map.
Powerful: an unlimited number of stopping-off points (waypoints) can
be incorporated. A route with several stopping-off points can be
calculated in the optimal order or in the order specified. Furthermore,
your route can be saved or exported to a text file, or to a Word,
WordPerfect or RTF file.
Realistic: the features familiar to you from maps on paper can now
be seen on your screen or print-out. The route description can be
printed out with maps of detailed areas and is very accurate.
Flexible: speeds and costs can be set in detail. the map colours
can be adjusted to your tastes and the level of detail can be chosen
regardless of the scale. The map itself can be scaled from whole
country level to 1:20,000 (1 cm = 200 metres).
Personal: your own addresses (pushpins) can be manually "pricked"
into the map, included in the route and set up with an Internet link (URL).
