  4. Could you use a simple and effective program that can turn ANY normal
  5. DOS program into a TSR (a memory resident program)? If so, PopUp is
  6. for you. PopUp is distributed using the popular Shareware method. Please
  7. read the manual for more information about registering your copy of PopUp.

  9. Changes in version 1.13 (since 1.12):
  10.  
  11.     o  PopUp now stores the DOS Environment when it is loaded, and
  12.        uses it when it is popped up.  This means that, among other
  13.        items in your environment, your PATH statement will be effective
  14.        within PopUp.

  16. Contained in the Zip file you have downloaded are the following files:

  18. POPUP    EXE  -  The main PopUp program.
  19. INSTALL  EXE  -  The PopUp installation program.
  20. POPITUP  EXE  -  A utility that allows a batch file or program make PopUp
  21.                  popup.
  22. HOTKEY   EXE  -  A utility to help you with setting the PopUp hotkey.
  23. MEM      EXE  -  A very simple utility to tell you how much free memory is
  24.                  available.
  25. MANUAL   DOC  -  The PopUp manual.
