  69. All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete FFF
  70. package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee is charged.

  72. Disk vendors who are Approved Vendor Members of the Association of
  73. Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without prior permission, include the
  74. FFF package in their libraries and distribute evaluation copies via mail
  75. order and direct sales for their normal disk fees. Disk vendors who are not
  76. members of the ASP, and vendors wishing to sell the FFF package on in-store
  77. racks or on CD-ROM collections *MUST* obtain written permission before
  78. distributing FFF.

  80. All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the FFF
  81. package for downloading by their customers unless notified otherwise by us.

  83. Non-profit user groups may include the FFF package in their libraries and
  84. distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees unless notified
  85. otherwise by us.

  87. All others, including anyone interested in bundling the FFF package with
  88. hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission and a license before
  89. distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR licenses and multiple system
  90. site licenses are available.
