  2.     This is the readme file for the Desktop Utilities for DV/X.
  3.  
  4. These utilities works with Quarterdeck's Desqview/X product. 
  5.  
  6. To Install DUX:
  7.  
  8. Create a directory (ie: C:\DUX)
  9.  
  10. Change to that directory.
  11.  
  12. Copy the dux110.zip file into that directory.
  13.  
  14. Unzip using the -d flag so that the HELP and BITMAPS directory will be
  15. created. (ie. pkunzip -d dux110.zip)
  16.  
  17. If you are using a 256 color server you can copy the file 256_colo.dat
  18. to colors.dat for a better 3-D effect. 
  19.  
  20. For the program to run correctly it must be run in the directory that
  21. contains the DAT files and has the BITMAPS and HELP directories.
  22.  
  23. Type DUX110 and press enter.
  24.  
  25. The program should now be running.
