Mouse Controller Window.
The Mouse Speed slider bar allows you to set the speed of your mouse.
Slide the bar to the right to increase your mouse speed or to the left
to decrease your mouse speed.
The Mouse Threshold slider bar allows you to set the threshold of your
mouse. Slide the bar to the right to increase your mouse threshold or
to the left to decrese your mouse threshold. Your mouse will move one
pixel at a time until the threshold is reached. At that point, your
mouse will move at the speed you set with the Mouse Speed slider bar.
At a low threshold, your mouse will move almost instantly at the Mouse
Speed setting. At a high threshold, your mouse will move one pixel at a
time for several pixels and then move at the Mouse Speed setting.
The Left Handed and Right Handed buttons allow you to make your mouse a
left handed mouse or right handed mouse, respectively. Click on your
preferred button to set your mouse. The inner most button on your mouse
will be set to logical Button 1, the next button will be logical Button
2, ...
The Button Mapping buttons allow you to set each physical mouse button
to a selected logical button. To map a physical mouse button to a
selected logical button, click on one of the options under Button
Mapping - Logical ("Button1", "Button 2", "Button 3", ...). A window
will be displayed with six options. Click on an option to make your
selection. You may turn the physical mouse button off, or you can map
the phsical mouse button to one of five logical buttons. DO NOT turn
off all your physical mouse buttons (All of your physical mouse buttons
will be unavailable once you Apply these settings).
The Mouse Testing Window launches a window to test the mouse settings
you have selected in the Mouse Controller window before you apply the
settings. This window will remain open until you activate your mouse
settings or close the Mouse Controller window.
Pressing the Apply button activates your mouse settings and closes the
Mouse Controller window.
Pressing the Close button closes the Mouse Controller window.
