  34. Define Key Words for Mail Searching.
  35.  
  36.   With this option, you can select key words, phrases, or people you wish
  37.   to read mail or join in conversations. You will always get mail address
  38.   to you personally. But with keywords, you can include mail such as mail
  39.   to "ALL", and "DR. DEBUG", subject areas such as "HELP", "OS/2", or
  40.   anything else. Upto 20 Keywords can be defined.

  42.   By prefixing the keyword with a negative sign (dash), keywords will work
  43.   the opposite. Negative keywords will skip messages containing the
  44.   keywords. This is a message filtering process.

  50. Receive your own mail.
  51.  
  52.   This option allows you to include your most recent mail in your mail
  53.   package. This is the mail from yourself to others.  If you set this
  54.   option to NO, you will not receive mail you have written to others.

  60. Receive Group Mail.
  61.  
  62.   Xpress supports a feature Group Mail. A sysop can send general mail to
  63.   !ALL! users. This type of mail will be picked by Xpress and ADDRESSED
  64.   directly to you.  If the sysop has given you permission to use it, you
  65.   too can use this feature.

  67.   If you have this option enabled, all group mail messages will have it
  68.   directed to your name. If it is off, group mail may or may not get picked
  69.   up. It depends if it is a public or private group message.

  75. Use Packet Counter
  76.  
  77.   If this option is YES, Xpress will keep a count of the packets you
  78.   downloaded.  The count will be used as an extension to the packet name.
  79.   For example, XPRESS.O04 or XPRESS.Q55.  Xpress will go as high as 99 and
  80.   wrap back to 1.

  82.   To reset the packet counter back to 1, turn off the option and then
  83.   turn it back on.

  89. Send Selected Areas Only
  90.  
  91.   If this option is YES, Xpress will only send the mail areas you have
  92.   selected for scanning to the Xpress Mail Reader.  This allows the reader
  93.   to focus on your areas of interest when entering new mail.

  95.   Keep in mind if you have this option ON, you will not be allowed to post
  96.   mail in other areas that were not selected.

  102. Use Flex Assistant
  103.  
  104.   Silver Xpress has an interactive system for its mail bundling process
  105.   called Flex Select.  With Flex Select, you can control precisely how
  106.   much mail you wish to download.
  107.  
  108.   With the Flex Assistant set to YES, Xpress will scan for mail in each
  109.   area and, if any mail is found for the particular areas, the Flex
  110.   Assistant will ask for the Flex Options.  It is a quick and smart way to
  111.   learn the Flex Select system in Silver Xpress.

  117. Show Mail Areas With Mail Only
  118.  
  119.   When this option is set to YES, Xpress will only show the mail areas
  120.   which have mail. Mail areas with no mail are not displayed in the mail
  121.   scan report table.
  122.  
  123.   This is particularily useful if you have many selected areas to be
  124.   scanned and often, no mail is available in most areas. With this option
  125.   OFF, your scan table could scroll off the screen, sometimes making it
  126.   difficult to use the FLEX SELECT system.

  132. Change Mail Pointers by Date or Number
  133.  
  134.   Some versions of Xpress allow you to change last read numbers by using a
  135.   date. Others do not have this capability and thus allow you only to
  136.   change the last read number directly.
  137.  
  138.   The last usage date is normally used only if you want to change the scan
  139.   date for new messages. For new users, Silver Xpress will always prompt
  140.   for this date when you first get on. This is basically an option to
  141.   change it.

  147. Restore Mail Pointers
  148.  
  149.     This option will reset the mail pointers to the value(s) before
  150.     starting Silver Xpress.
