  4. files (after all thats why they are there!)

  6. We would appreciate the occasional upload or three :-))

  8. One of the main expenses involved in running a Bulletin Board is 
  9. the cost of getting new files to keep users interested and hopefully
  10. calling on a regular basis. It is an unfortunate fact of life that
  11. %FirstSys% cannot afford to supply ALL the new files on this system.

  13. It is because of the expense involved in supplying new files that we
  14. ask for your help in this matter....

  16. Uploading the odd file will also stop this annoying message from
  17. being sent! :-)).
