{ D-StAt }
{ Top Users Bulletin Generator for RemoteAccess }
{ Copyright 1991,1992,1993 Victor Magdic. All Rights Reserved
}
version 5.20
------------
* Added support for custom name bulletins
* Added option to enable/disable specific bulletins
* Added age statistics bulletin.
* IMPORTANT: If you are upgrading from D-StAt version
5.00/5.10 be sure to follow these steps before using
D-StAt for the first time:
1. Run DSTAT /C
2. Make any necessary changes to the
configuration (there are several new options)
and then save the configuration.
* Fixed problems that could occur if there were
negative values in the userbase.
* Reduced memory requirements
* Fixed the bug which was causing the Run Time Error #
202 (Stack Overflow Error) that many people were
getting.
version 5.10
------------
* Updated to work with RemoteAccess 2.00.
version 5.00
------------
* Added graph display
* Added optional support for RA's hidden attribute. If
the feature is turned on, and a user is marked as
hidden in the user file, then he/she is not counted
in the statistics.
* Multiple colour scheme support (including 3-d
shadows)
* Fixed percent bug
* Increased max users to 5000 (from 3000)
* Fully integrated configuration, no longer requires
the use of command line switches.
-
version 4.30
------------
* Support for up to 3000 users in the user file.
* D-StAt now supports an exclusion list which allows
you to specify up to 100 name/handles which you want
to exclude from the Top User Statistics bulletin.
* Improved sort routine which should be faster under
most situations.
* The /S switch supported in previous version of D-
StAt has been renamed to /T, and a new function has
been assigned to /S. (Please see the docs.)
version 4.21
------------
* There are no functional changes in version 4.21.
Somehow the version 4.20 distribution archive got
mixed up and some wrong files were included. I
decided the easiest way to clear up the problem was
to release it with a new version number, rather than
have two copies of version 4.20 floating around
(which would probably be confusing).
Changes in v4.20
----------------
* Added an InfoBar to the bottom display which tells
you the Total System calls, Total Files Downloaded
etc., as well as Averages. Now you can get
comprehensive system and user information with one
easy to use utility!
* Minor cosmetic changes
Changes in v4.11
----------------
* First public release.
* Increased maximum users from 1000 to 1300 users.
* Added safety check to see if maximum users exceeded.
Now D-StAt will abort if this situation occurs,
before it would just crash :-).
