white chocolate hazelnut cookies
1-1/4 c. flour
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. ground toasted
hazelnuts
4 oz. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
4 oz. melted white chocolate
1 t. almond extractCream butter and sugar. Add egg. Stir in chocolate and
extract. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30
minutes. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with
floured cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees
for 7 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
