  1.                         LEMON VINAIGRETTE

  4. 1/2 t. salt
  5. 1 T. lemon juice
  6. 2 T. white wine vinegar
  7. 1 t. dijon mustard
  8. 1/2 c. oil
  9. 1/4 t. grated lemon zest
  10. ground black pepper to taste
  11. hot pepper sauce
  12.  
  13.           Whisk ingredients together, adding oil and seasonings
  14. last.  Makes 3/4 cup.
