  1.                       CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD

  4. 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  5. 9 oz. mango chutney
  6. 2 t. curry powder
  7. 1/2 t. salt
  8. 2 c. (8 oz.) cheese
  9. 3 c. cooked diced chicken
  10. 2 c. chopped apples
  11. 1 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts
  12.  
  13.           Mix together first 4 ingredients.  Toss with remaining
  14. ingredients.  Chill.  Makes 6 servings.
