  43.     The fee for an upgrade will be from your current version to the new
  44.     version.  For example, if you currently have 56 areas, and want to go
  45.     to 100 areas, the upgrade fee is 71,25-30,00 = 41,25$.

  48. This tariff is an equitable trade-off for the amateur system, as well as
  49. the large commercial system with 200 phone lines which will take dozens or
  50. hundreds of file areas.
