  4.     This program is a way to look at the route tables of local servers
  5.   and the local workstaion. When first invoked it does a RIP broadcast
  6.   and listens for all responses. There is a 2 second wait for the last
  7.   packet. You will notice a few dots appear. They are simply signs of 
  8.   life. The servers that responded will then be listed on the screen
  9.   along with the number of routes in its' table. You can then list them
  10.   by just entering the number associated with the server and its' table
  11.   will be listed. If there is more than a page of data three dots will
  12.   appear at the bottom. Simply press enter to continue or press escape
  13.   to return to the main screen. You can also compare two routers route
  14.   tables. The display will show the routes that are in one table and
  15.   not the other. The one disoplayed is the one that it is in. 
  16.     Because of the dynamic nature of route tables you can Relook i.e. 
  17.   send out another RIP request , wait for responses and rebuild the 
  18.   tables. At times you may not get any response ( a collision or dropped
  19.   packet ). Just relook again and most likely they will then be there.
  20.   Again there might be 5 routers responding and at another time 4 or 6 
  21.   ( a different number ). This is the not totally guarenteed nature of a
  22.   broadcast protocol. You might find at one time a router has a different
  23.   number of routes than just before . We are looking at the dynamic nature 
  24.   of routing and the constant reshuffling of route tables. 
  25.     The program by default broadcasts a request for all routes in a 
  26.   router ( a network number of FFFFFFFF ). You can change the network 
  27.   number and ask all routers what they know about a specific route.
