  4. Das Programmsystem BayCom ist zum Gebrauch im Amateurfunk frei zugelassen.

  27. sollte, würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie uns einen kleinen freiwilligen

  29. künftige Weiterentwicklungen des Programms zu ermöglichen und

  60. commercial use, the sale of software copies or to give copies of any
  61. kind of the BayCom Terminalprogram as a free gift with a commercial
  62. product is  E X P L I C I T L Y  prohibited without our written licence.

  66. We would enjoy it, if you have obtained a copy of the program anywhere
  67. and are satisfied with it, would transfer a small acknowledgment
