  2. Effective immediately accounting has instructed the Net 104 Administration
  3. and Hubs to cut all backbone echo feeds to your system.

  5. Your system will remain cut from the feeds until such time as full payment
  6. is received.

  8. Your billing status has been marked as "Cancel."  This means that since you
  9. have been cancelled and are not receiving echo feeds you will not be billed
  10. each month.

  12. Your account will be re-activated as soon as your full payment has been
  13. received.
