  18.         Added configurable quote enhancer, @ variable support in quote
  19.         headers and taglines. Taglines can be edited on the fly from
  20.         tagline menu. Interactive tagline steal mode added. MegaReader
  21.         taglines recognized and stolen. Added a tagline Twit feature to
  22.         avoid collecting unwanted taglines.

  29.         default QWK packet directory configuration option for use when
  30.         stealing taglines interactively.
