GRADEBOOK POWER can be used by all grade levels - many options
for both elementary and secondary teachers; Save data for up to
15 classes with up to 36 students in each class; Save data for
either 4-9 week quarters or 6-6 week terms each year; Save data
for up to 60 assignments per student per quarter or term.
Optional use of student I.D. codes and SuperData; Easily copy
student names from one class to another class (for elementary
teachers) and from one diskette to another diskette; Can quickly
alphabetize student names if desired; Can produce blank grade
book sheets with just student names.
Record grades by numerical scores or letter grades or both or
special grades or leave blank; Enter special grades like
EXcused, ABsent, UNexcused, INcomplete, CHeat, CHeckmark and NC
for No Credit; Extra Credit points are easily entered; Missing
grades can be ignored or counted as zero; Option to use a letter
grading scale different from the standard A+ to F; Ideal for use
in either self-paced or regular courses; Assignment grades are
easily entered, added, revised, updated, dropped, or weighted.
Revise assignment dates, assignment titles, possible points, and
categories; Student grades can be automatically adjusted if the
number of possible points (weight) of an assignment is changed.
Each class can have it's own grading scale of percentages and
categories; Students can be added or dropped or excused from
future assignments at any time during the grading period; Each
class can have it's own method to determine quarter and semester
grades. Choose from cumulative points, weighting by categories,
percentages, fractions, and 12 point scale; Optional separate
semester exam and weight; Override quarter (term) and semester
grades if desired; Student grades can be easily transferred to
different sections of a class without entering the student
grades again; Calculate final semester grades with or without a
separate weighted final exam grade; Rank students by assignment,
categories, quarter, and semester averages.
Comprehensive individual reports can be printed by class, all
classes, individual students, deficiency, or selected students
with matching SuperData; Add general comments to all individual
student reports; Add personalized comments to selected reports.

512K RAM
