  16.     hereto, hereafter referred to as JAM, is protected by applicable
  17.     copyright laws and international treaty provisions. JAM is provided
  18.     "as is", without warranty of any kind or fitness for a particular
  19.     purpose, either expressed or implied, all of are hereby explicitly
  20.     disclaimed. The authors only guarantees that JAM will occupy disk
  21.     space.

  24.     Should JAM prove defective or incorrect, you assume the entire cost
  25.     of all necessary servicing, repair, and/or correction. In no event
