  10.     The following is a voting form for Infinity Magazine.  The total votes
  11.     will be published and made available in the next issue of Infinity.
  12.     Participants are only allowed to vote once.  Please vote honestly and
  13.     fair for your favourite in each category.
  14.  
  15.     Here is the breakdown on the point system.
  16.  
  17.     1st place = 5 points                    4th place = 2 points
  18.     2nd place = 4 points                    5th place = 1 points
  19.     3rd place = 3 points
  20.  
  21.     In the future you can change your votes by re-voting with this form as
  22.     newer ANSIs, Artists, Groups appear on the scene.

  24.     Please be sure to fill out Voter Information so we can include you in
  25.     the voters list.

  27.     Included at the end of this voting form is a small space for you to fill
  28.     out your messages.  The message section is a new feature being
  29.     implemented to Infinity.  This message section will allow you to post a
  30.     short message in Infinity for free.  It can be used for advertisements,
  31.     announcements, or any type of message.  For example, if you have a new
  32.     group starting and you want to announce it, send us a message and we'll
  33.     place it in the message section.  It acts like the classifieds section
  34.     in a newspaper.
