  9. the Library of Congress available. Only two guest users are allowed access
  10. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central time). This database is not the same as
  11. the Library of Congress card catalog and may not be used for cataloging or
  12. competative purposes. Access from outside the US may require prior
  13. arrangements.
