  17. You do not have to enter complete names: for example, entering the string
  18. "Smith" would also find entries for "Greensmith", "Smithy" and so on. 
  19. Upper/lower case is not significant in searches.

  21. Of course the less information you provide, the more names will be matched
  22. by your query. If the person whose telephone number you are seeking has a
  23. relatively common name, the directory may well return more names than you
  24. can easily sift through and the message
