  121. 2 heaping T. Shortening               1\4 C. warm Water
  122. 1\2 C. Sugar                          2 t. Yeast
  123. 2 t. Salt                             1 t. Sugar
  124. 1 C. boiling Water                    2 C. sifted Flour

  127. Melt shortening, sugar and salt in boiling water.  When mixture is
  128. cool add beaten egg and yeast, dissolved in warm water and a table-
  129. spoon of sugar.  Add unsifted flour and beat well.  Add sifted flour
  130. and stir until well mixed.  Place in refrigerator and pinch off the
  131. amount of dough needed to make into rolls.  Let rise and bake in
  132. 375 degree oven until golden brown.
