  93. Some herbs come only in the cut and sifted form.  Many times these
  94. can be put in the blender and powdered to mix with other herbs.
  95.  
  96. If you don't have a blender or the herbs won't powder down, a tea
  97. may be made by mixing together all the herbs you wish to use and 
  98. pouring boiling water over them.  The general rule of thumb is to
  99. use 5 times as much water as herbs.  Cover this brew and let set 
  100. overnight, strain and use as a sprinkle or spray in the garden.

  102. Be sure to apply only after the sun has gone down to avoid sun scald.
