  1. This file contains instructions for
  2. installing Etcetera on your hard drive. 1. If
  3. you have not created an EtCetera directory do
  4. so now. 2. Once the EtCetera directory has
  5. been created on your hard drive, decompress
  6. the self-extracting ETC130.exe file into that
  7. directory. 3. There are two DLL files
  8. contained in ETC130.EXE. If you discover that
  9.
