  12. PROBLEM:       Access to an Asynchronous Server fails using Netware
  13.                Asynchronous Services Interface (NASI) with a Cogent Data
  14.                Technologies E/Master II-AT/TP bus-mastering Ethernet adapter
  15.                (IPX shell version 2.32) installed in an AST Premium 486/33E
  16.                system.

  18. CAUSE:         The problem is attributed to an incompatibility with the
  19.                Ethernet Adapter IPX shell and the Premium 486/33E system.

  21. SYSTEMS
  22. AFFECTED:      Premium 486/33 EISA
  23.  
  24. SOLUTION:      To resolve this problem, customers should upgrade their Cogent
  25.                Data Technologies E/Master II Ethernet Adapter IPX shell to
  26.                version 2.41.  To obtain this IPX shell contact Cogent Data
  27.                Technologies Technical Support at (206) 378-2929.
