  8.                PREMIUM 386SX/16 AND COLORADO 120MB TAPE DRIVE

  11. PROBLEM:       When a Wang emulation board is installed in a Premium 386SX/16
  12.                and connected to a Wang computer, the Colorado 120MB tape
  13.                drive revision FW63 fails to initialize.
  14.  
  15. AFFECTED
  16. SYSTEM:        AST Premium 386SX/16 with the following system board part
  17.                number:
  18.  
  19.                202360-001
  20.  
  21. CAUSE:         Incompatibility between Colorado 120MB tape drive, revision
  22.                FW63 and AST's Premium 386SX/16 and the Wang emulation board.
  23.  
  24. SOLUTION:      This is not an issue that AST can resolve.  The Colorado 120MB
  25.                tape drive, revision FW40 does operate correctly.  Customers
  26.                experiencing this problem should contact Colorado's Technical
  27.                Support for more information.
