  37. viewer is included. SHEZ not only as a compression shell but also a
  38. complete file manager program. Supports user defined menus, and printers.

  73. All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete SHEZ
  74. package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee is charged.

  76. Disk vendors who are Approved Vendor Members of the Association of
  77. Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without prior permission, include the
  78. SHEZ package in their libraries and distribute evaluation copies via mail
  79. order and direct sales for their normal disk fees. Disk vendors who are not
  80. members of the ASP, and vendors wishing to sell the SHEZ package on in-store
  81. racks or on CD-ROM collections may do so without prior permission as long
  82. as the SHEZ distribution package is not altered in any way.

  84. All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the SHEZ
  85. package for downloading by their customers unless notified otherwise by us.

  87. Non-profit user groups may include the SHEZ package in their libraries and
  88. distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees unless notified
  89. otherwise by us.

  91. All others, including anyone interested in bundling the SHEZ package with
  92. hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission and a license before
  93. distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR licenses and multiple system
  94. site licenses are available.
