  15. This is a Packet controller program for Amateur Radio.  As such it
  16. requires connection to a TNC or similar via a serial port.

  18. This program may be freely copied and distributed, as long as the
  19. following conditions are met: (1) No fee is charged other than a normal
  20. time usage fee required by some Bulletin Board Services, or a small
  21. disk duplication fee not to exceed $8, (2) The program is distributed
  22. in its original, unmodified form, and (3) This document file is
  23. included with the executable file without modification.  This program
  24. may not be bundled with, or transferred as part of, any package which
  25. is sold or for which any licensing fee is charged.
