Dear Whiteboard shareware user,
Thank you very much for taking the time to review and
play with the Whiteboard Graphical Communication software
version 1.0. We believe you will find Whiteboard to be
an exciting and fun to use software package, and we greatly
appreciate any feedback you can provide us.
The Whiteboard package you have received requires that
you have an IBM compatible personal computer, a Hayes (AT)
compatible modem, an EGA (preferably VGA) display adapter, a
Microsoft compatible Mouse (with the DOS driver installed),
at least 200K of available memory and Microsoft DOS version
2.0 or later.
Once you have finished reading this document, and from
the disk or directory you have unzipped this zip file to,
type "INSTALL" and follow the directions presented by the
installation program. You should not overwrite the directory
that you originally unzipped the Whiteboard files into.
When you have complete the Whiteboard installation,
begin execution of the program by typing "WHITEB" at the
DOS prompt in the directory you chose to install Whiteboard
into. Once the Whiteboard program comes up, click the left
mouse button on the question mark icon of the toolbar located
at the top of your screen. This will give you a brief guide
to using the product. Future releases of Whiteboard will contain
more information on the product, such as Whiteboard's
powerful scripting capabilities.
Included in this zip file, you will find an ASCII file
entitled REPORT.FRM which is to be used to provide feedback
to Renaissance Software. This form may be printed off,
filled out and mailed to Renaissance Software at Suite 42,
130 Federal Road, Danbury Connecticut, 06811, or you may
send this form to Renaissance Software electronically to our
Compuserve account (74010,3122).
We hope that you will enjoy the Whiteboard Graphical
Communication software you have received. We hope that
you will take the time to register your version of
Whiteboard today, so that we can continue to improve and
expand the Whiteboard concept.
Sincerely,
Raymond J. Kerney
President, Renaissance Software
