  8.        Here's how to register and receive your BONUS DISK which 
  9.        contains additional address listings and latest directory 
  10.        UPDATE DISK of this product.

  12.        The registration fee payable to the author is $35 which brings 
  13.        by return mail a special BONUS DISK of additional addresses, the 
  14.        current UPDATED mailing list, registration number and permission 
  15.        to use the mailing list for postal and direct market mailings.

  17.        The registration form is contained in the file ORDER.FRM. You 
  18.        can use the automated registration method from the main menu (it 
  19.        is labelled "Print registration form on printer") to input your 
  20.        address and requested disk size (5.25 inch or 3.5 inch 
  21.        diskettes). Then your printer will automatically process and 
  22.        print the registration form. Alternatively you can print the 
  23.        order form from the DOS command line by typing the DOS command 
  24.        like this:
