  31. 1. Q. Why is every other page of my report blank? How can I correct
  32.       this problem?

  34.    A. This problem commonly occurs when the width of your report
  35.       combined with the left and right margins is greater than the
  36.       width of your paper. Adjust the width of your report and the
  37.       margins so that your report fits on the page.

  39. 2. Q. How can I convert a form to a report?

  41.    A. To convert a form to a report, open the form in Design view and
  42.       choose Save As Report from the File menu.

  44. 3. Q. How can I sort the data in a report by a column in a
  45.       separate table?
  46.  
  47.    A. To sort report data by a column in a separate table, create a
  48.       query that includes the column from the other table, sort the
  49.       column, then base the report on the query. If you have already
  50.       created the report, verify that the query includes all the fields
  51.       used in the report and change the Record Source property of the
  52.       report to refer to the new query.
