  4.        This program is distributed as a shareware product.  Registration is
  5.     available within the program or by printing REGISTER.DOC

  7.     Requirements:        IBM compatible equipment
  8.                          256 K (More is better)
  9.                          Monochrome or Color monitor
  10.                          Hard disk drive
  11.                          Printer (optional)
  12.                          MS-DOS 3.0 or higher

  14.     I suggest you view or print "CISBILL.DOC" (10 pages total) before
  15.     jumping in, but if you prefer to start right up, then:
  16.  
  17.         Make a new directory, as follows -
  18.                 MD CISBILL
  19.         Change to that directory with - CD CISBILL.
  20.         Copy all unzipped files from this distribution to CISBILL directory.
  21.  
  22.         To execute -
  23.                 CISBILL
  24.  
  25.     Sample files have been included so the program can be demonstrated.
  26.     To simulate reading a captured billing file, rename BILLING.TXT to
  27.     BILLING.CAP.
  28.  
  29.     Before accumulating your own billing files, delete these sample files
  30.     and create BILLING.CAP by capturing your billing records from CIS.
  31.     See the documentation for a description of how to do this.
