  9.     This form will tell you all you need to do in order to register
  10.     Terminate in the USA.  We gladly accept VISA/MasterCard online at
  11.     our BBS and will see that your Terminate PROFESSIONAL keyfile is
  12.     mailed to you as quickly as possible (within 24 hours using the
  13.     online credit card registration form.)

  28.     To continue to use this program beyond the evaluation period of 21
  29.     days you MUST register Terminate.

  33.     Registered users get a specially personalized keyfile which, when
  34.     placed in the same directory as TERMINAT.EXE, will perform a
  35.     self-test and make this (and future versions) operate in
  36.     PROFESSIONAL mode.

  48.              PAYMENT METHODS, ADDRESSES, AND PHONE NUMBERS

  51.     commercial user of Terminate to register.

  55.     It is best to pay by VISA or MasterCard.  Simply call The BMT Micro
  56.     BBS (with your modem) and have your credit card ready.  Choose the
  57.     Terminate option from the Main Menu and follow the instructions.
  58.     All lines are 14.4 V32bis.   When you register with Visa or
  59.     MasterCard your PROFESSIONAL registration Terminate Keyfile will
  60.     usually be mailed within 24 hours of receipt of your credit card
  61.     application.  Special instructions are posted on the BBS explaining
  62.     how to get your keyfile online the same day your order is placed.

  80.     Terminate can be registered by calling 800-414-4BMT between the
  81.     hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Standard time, 7 days a week.
  82.     Please understand that the employees answering the phone do not
  83.     provide technical support.  This registration method is limited to
  84.     credit card and corporate / government purchase orders.

  86.     Please use the BBS for technical support.  We are very responsive to
  87.     all messages and monitor the BBS hourly for messages.

  89.     When ordering by phone with your credit card your Keyfile will be
  90.     available within 12 hours.  You may recieve it by USPS first class
  91.     mail at no charge or choose to download it from our support BBS.
