Registration Information
The Feeling's Mutual (TFM) is shareware and copyrighted with all
rights reserved. We recognize that shareware offers both the buyers
and sellers of software a wonderful opportunity. Buyers may evaluate
full working copies of a program and purchase the program at a
reasonable price. Sellers are able to keep prices reasonable because
of low marketing (distribution and advertising) costs.
This arrangement only works when both parties make a reasonable
commitment to each other. Buyers agree that if they like the program
and decide to use it, they will pay the registration fee to the seller.
If they find that the fee is too high for the value of the program, they
understand that they may not use the program. Sellers agree to provide
appropriate support and upgrades to registered users of the program for
a reasonable charge or free.
If you decide you'd like to use TFM (or have already begun to), you must
register the program using one of the three following options:
$25 "No Frills" 3 months of free technical support. You may
continue to use this disk as a registered user.
$40 "Expanded" 1 year of free technical support. Expanded
version (700 funds) will be mailed to you upon
receipt of your check.
$60 "Savvy Investor" Unlimited free technical support and your
first yearly database update free. You'll also
BEST VALUE! receive the expanded version (700 funds) and a
----------- bound manual including Mutual Fund Basics and
Designing an Investment Strategy.
The yearly database update will be available to all registered users
each March for $25.00.
This program is produced by a member of the Association of Shareware
Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle
works for you. If you are unable to resolve a shareware-related problem
with an ASP member by contacting the member directly, ASP may be able
to help. The ASP Ombudsman can help you resolve a dispute or problem with
an ASP member, but does not provide technical support for members'
products. Please write to the ASP Ombudsman at 545 Grover Road, Muskegon,
MI 49442-9427 or send a Compuserve message via CompuServe Mail to ASP
Ombudsman 70007,3536.
