  5. DAS is probably the best decision analysis software package on the market. 
  6. It utilizes a number of well established Multiple Criteria Decision Making 
  7. algorithms in its analysis. This is not a "black box" program! Numerical 
  8. results are provided for each stage in the analysis, so that the user can 
  9. see what is happening and have confidence in the results.

  11. This sophisticated package contains two separate decision analysis programs. 
  12. One program utilizes a decision matrix to evaluate alternatives based on 
  13. tangible criteria. The second program employs pairwise comparisons and a 
  14. hierarchical problem structure which allows the use of subjective, intangible
  15. factors in the analysis.
