NOTE #1 - Although this is the release version of Peg-Jump, it is
not the final version (if there ever is such a thing). Peg-Jump
is still being worked on to improve it's appearance and play. So,
if you find a problem when you play or if you see something that
you think would improve the game, leave a note with the Sysop of
the board where you are playing or leave a message to me on my
board, Com-Dat BBS at the numbers below.
NOTE #2 - Peg-Jump has automatic Hot Keys. You do not
need to press the RETURN (ENTER) key unless prompted to do so.

The object of Peg-Jump is to remove as many of the pegs as you
can. You do this by jumping one peg over another...the peg
that was jumped being removed. You use your key pad to move the
cursor between the pegs (your NUM LOCK key should be enabled to
activate your key pad). You put the cusor on the Peg you wish to
move and hit the space bar. This picks up the Peg. Now move your
cursor to the hole you wish to drop your Peg in and hit the space
bar again. If this was a legal move the Peg will appear in the
new hole and the Peg jumped will disappear. A "legal" move is
moveing a peg from one hole over a peg into a empty hole directly
on the other side of the peg you are jumping. You cannot jump more
than one peg or just move a peg to another hole.

You receive 25 points for each Peg that you remove. The more
removed, the better your score.

Peg-Jump gives the Sysop the option to allow 1 to 99 games per
day. This is configurable by the Sysop in the PEGJUMP.CFG as to
how many Peg-Jump games there will be.

I hope you like the game and any enhancement you can suggest may
be added in a later version. I can be reached through FIDO 105/314,
105/317 or 105/330, or by calling my board at the numbers below.
In addition, I read the DOORWARE and WILDCAT Echos and participate in
the DoorNet Network. I will respond to any messages addressed to me.
