(1) Had some problems with the file structure with Wildcat 3.x Door.sys
file. Mostly for local play. FIXED. If you continue to have a problem
with door.sys please let me know. You may use a converter and create
a dorinfo1.def and tell bowlcfg to use the "[1] QBBS/RA/RBBS" doortype.
(2) Had a problem with the ANSI bulletin for some Board Types. It would
not type out the entire file. Forced ANSI code not to exceed 255
characters in length and forced carriage return. Should fix for all
BBS types.
(3) Had a small bug in the Practice Rolls under the Instruction part of
the introduction. Sometimes would not roll ball or knock pins down
correctly. This would happen only after a gutter ball. FIXED.
(4) Had overlooked the Delay rate for 14400 connects. Added 14400 in the
baud rate selection for Delay rates.
(5) Added Sysop Configurable "Straight Roll" key. Sysop may enable a feature
to allow the "5" key to roll a straight ball. Must Run Bowlcfg.exe!!
(6) Major oversight on my part for 10th frame scoring. Would add spares
and/or strikes in 11th and 12th frame to final score. Ooops.. Special
thanks to Sam Wyatt for catching that one! FIXED.
(7) Had some cosmetic changes in a few screens.
(8) Made some changes on the pin action for some spare shots as well as first
rolls. Believe me, I don't think we'll see any 300 games! Yes a 300 game
is possible but you'll have to get pretty lucky!
You could throw a good strike ball and get a lot of tough splits. Re-did
pin action on those first throws so splits are more rare on a good roll.
You will still get a few but not as often.
(9) Enhanced Make-up day structure. That is, when you went to play make-up
days, it would ask for the day and then repaint entire screen and Re-
Present you with the opening options (S-start, H-high scores, Q-quit,
and I-instructions) forcing you to hit "S" to start the make-up game.
Now only repaints the scoreboard and alley, and then the user information
area speeding up the make-up day process. Also would always reset Comments
to "ON". In version 1.1 it remembers and resets your Comments On/Off to
setting from previous game.
(10) Added support for up to 99 players in the registered version.

(1) Had a problem with PCBoard conversion that if the game could not figure
out the time remaining would default to 10 minutes. Now defaults to 30
minutes if unable to determine from PCBoard.dat and PCBoard.sys.
(2) If bowlwin.dat was deleted or missing from the correct directory the
game would immediately return to the board with a run-time error when
displaying the high scores. FIXED - If bowlwin.dat is missing it will
display the high scores and place "UnKnown" and a score of "000" in
the top of the high score screen and then re-write the bowlwin.dat file
with "The Champion" and "5,000" for last month's winner.
It will also append the "bbsbowl.log" file with the date and time this
occurred and show that "The Champion" was placed in that file with a
score of 5,000.
(3) In an attempt to fix some of the pin action I deleted a line that on
one particular roll would not knock the 3-pin down. FIXED.
(4) Also in an attempt to fix the 10th frame score problem mentioned above,
In two scenarios it would give the user a score of "0" regardless of
their actual score in the game. FIXED! (I can hear them cursing me all
over the U.S. right now! hee hee) Sorry about that one folks!
(5) Added a new sysop configurable feature allowing 1 to 3 games-per-day
for those of you who have asked for this. Hope you enjoy this new
feature. High score screen changed slightly to show days/games played!
(6) Made just a few minor adjustments to some of the pin action!

(1) One small bug left where it would not reset the strikes and spares to
"0" in the User Information area when playing a make-up day.
(2) Added full support for Multi-Node Systems. Must run Bowlcfg.exe for
each node. Bowlcfg.exe now asks for which node the current config file
will be written for. Now writes "BBSBowl#.cfg" for each node Where "#"
represents the node number. Nodes 1 through 9 are supported at this
time. For single node operations just place a "1" here and BBSBowl will
look for "BBSBowl1.cfg" for the user information, comport, path to
userfile, etc.
(3) Changed the comments to what I will call "PG" rated comments. I am truly
sorry if the comments offended anyone. Was just trying to make them fun
and interesting to read. Anyway, hope this version clears all that up.

(1) Added file locking/sharing for LAN systems. It would sometimes corrupt
the bbsbowl.dat file on Novell type systems. FIXED!
(2) Last month's high score (if more than 5 characters) would get garbaged
with the commas. That is it might say something like 5,,21. Had to change
the bbsbowl.dat file structure to allow 6 characters to accomodate the
comma. OOPS!
(3) Had a big problem with 14,400 modems and the delay rate of the ball and
curve bar. FIXED! Just a minor change in the code. Sorry about that one
folks. Was picking up 1 character too mamy on the baud rate!
(4) If you hit "Q" from the practice rolls (in the Instructions) it would
ask "Are you sure you want to Quit?" and allow you to quit with a negative
score. FIXED!
(5) On the scoreboard, when you had two strikes and a spare and your score was
100 or higher would move the score over to the right one space. FIXED!
(6) Several other cosmetic changes as well as fine tuning the pin action...
