  3.                      Complete re-writing of the code using Turbo Pascal to
  4.                      make the program go faster. The executable file is 4
  5.                      times smaller than the previous versions.

  7.                      Does't add an empty line before the tearline when using
  8.                      FMail.

  10.                      Allows to use variables into the taglines (applicable
  11.                      only if the MSGINF file exist). @N= Complete user name,
  12.                      @F= User's first name and @L= User's last name.

  14.                      INSTAGE.EXE and INSTAG.TAG don't need to be in the BBS
  15.                      PATH no more, to be run. You can now place the files in
  16.                      another path indicated in your PATH environment
