  12. Evaluation and Registration

  14. EditPlus is not free software. You may use this software for 
  15. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. 
  16. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period, 
  17. a registration fee is required. See ORDER.TXT file or 
  18. 'Register Information' section in on-line help for detailed 
  19. information about registration method and price list.

  21. Distribution
  22. ------------
  23. You may copy the evaluation version of this software and 
  24. documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the 
  25. original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the 
  26. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its 
  27. unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not 
  28. charge or requesting donations for any such copies however 
  29. made and from distributing the software and/or documentation 
  30. with other products without the author's written permission.

  32. Registered version
  33. ------------------
  34. One registered copy of EditPlus may either be used by a 
  35. single person who uses the software personally on one or more 
  36. computers, or installed on a single workstation used 
  37. non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may 
  38. access the registered version of EditPlus through a network, 
  39. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the 
  40. software covering all workstations that will access the 
  41. software through the network.
