END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR INTERLYN SOFTWARE
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
THIS IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOURSELF AND INTERLYN. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
INTERLYN SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE USED BY ENTITIES WHICH:
> Promote or facilitate hatred of any race, religion, nationality or other subdivision of humanity - all are unique and valuable members of our world's population.
> Harass, abuse, defame, threaten or violate otherwise the legal rights of others, including that of privacy - this is not how we would wish to be treated.
> Sell, distribute, market or disseminate in any way firearms, munitions, explosives or tobacco, legal or otherwise.
> Conduct illegal contests, pyramid schemes, chain or unsolicited mailings.
This InterLyn EULA accompanies an InterLyn software product which includes computer software, and may include associated media, printed materials and various electronic documentation ("PRODUCT")
This copy of PRODUCT is licensed to you as the end user.
InterLyn grants to you a nonexclusive license to use PRODUCT, provided that you agree to the following:
1. Use of the Software.
A. You may make unlimited physical or electronic copies of the trial edition of PRODUCT and distribute these to other persons or entities so long as PRODUCT is not in any way altered. You MAY NOT distribute any registration code(s) that you have received with these copies. Doing so is a criminal offence and will result in prosecution to the maximum extent possible under law.
B. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble PRODUCT.
2. Copyright.
PRODUCT is owned by InterLyn. PRODUCT is also protected by English and European Union Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt in any other way to find out the source code of the PRODUCT. Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in PRODUCT.
3. No Warranty.
PRODUCT is being delivered to you AS IS and InterLyn makes no warranty as to its use or performance. INTERLYN AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. INTERLYN AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL INTERLYN OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A SUPPLIER OR UNAUTHORIZED SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
4. Governing Law and General Provisions.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and the European Union. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. You agree that PRODUCT will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by English or European Union law or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of InterLyn.
