  19. This is a modified progs.dat for TeamFortress2.8 quake conversion.

  21. Impulse 250 toggles Damage flash on/off - it's a speedup intended for those 
  22. who have cpu power problems. It's an individual option.

  24. Besides, muzzleflashes can be disabled to improve performance. 
  25. It affects all players and helps 68K systems tremendously. 
  26. To disable muzzleflash, the majority of players have to agree.
  27. Type impulse 251 to vote for muzzleflash disable.
  28. When more than 50% have agreed by typing impulse 251, the change will take effect.
