  6. NOTE: beta1 and 2 are no longer supported. (As short lived as they were :))

  8. Install:
  9.   Put the .exe file in the same directory as "l3enc.exe" and run it for 
  10. setup.
  11.  
  12. If updating from beta1:
  13.   Delete the "b_encode.ini" you already have before running beta3. It is not 
  14. compatible. (beta1 has version markings of "95")
  15.  
  16.  The first time you run it, two files will be generated.
  17.  
  18.    b_encode.ini
  19.    Wbdbl32i.dll
  20.  
  21.  The first one is the file where you must enter the commands to be processed
  22. by "l3enc.exe".
  23.  The second is a file that is added by the compiler that was used and not 
  24. by me.

  26.  This file and the .ini file must stay in the same directory as "l3enc.exe".
  27. If you make a shortcut, it is best to insure the working directory defined
  28. on the shortcut's property tab is entered correctly.

  30. Features:
  31. 1)Full command line functionality by using an .ini* file for entries.
  32. 2)Will run up to 25 commands in sequence using "l3enc.exe"
  33.  
  34. An example and further info is given in the .ini* file.

  36. *.ini file = b_encode.ini = text file edited with notepad
  37. ** .ini file will mistakingly give the version # of beta2.
