NOTE: Read this Licence Agreement carefully because it is a legal agreement between the Client (either an individual or a single entity) and LF Networks Ltd. The subject of this agreement is the use of ANASIL program as well as other components bound with the program: update files, printed materials, on-line documents, electronic documentation, further referred to as the Software. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, it is assumed that the Client accepts the terms of this agreement. Otherwise, i. e. if the Client does not agree to the terms of this agreement, he should stop installing or using the Software and return it to LF Networks Ltd with no delay. LF Networks Ltd may refund the costs of purchase, possibly reduced by manipulation costs.
The Software is protected by polish and international copyright laws, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
1. The exclusive owner of the Software is LF Networks Ltd. Purchasing the Software does not transfer any rights, particularly property rights, but grants the Client a licence to use the Software under the terms and limitations declared hereby.
2. According to this Licence Agreement the Client has a right to install the Software either on one stationary computer or on one lap-top computer, or on both of them provided that the Software may be running at one location only at a moment. By saying "running" we mean that the Software is loaded to the memory and is operating, or is loaded to the memory and is its operation is suspended.
3. The Client may make necessary copies of the Software for backup and archival purposes, but the copies may not be used concurrently with the original copy of the Software.
4. The Client is granted a free (excluding communication costs) information and technical support and upgrade access. All additional components, delivered as upgrades or technical support are considered as a part of the Software and are subject to this Licence Agreement, too. The Client has a right to purchase other LF Networks Ltd's products at preferentially. The details of these preferences will be determined by a separate agreement.
5. This licence statement is a proof of Licence Agreement and has to be kept intact with each copy of the Software.
6. The Client may permanently transfer all of the rights implied from this Licence Agreement to somebody else, provided that the terms of this Agreement are accepted by that person or entity and a complete, original copy of the Software is transferred.
7. The Client may not lend, rent or lease the Software to third parties.
8. The Client may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or modify the Software in any other way.
9. The Client may not copy, translate or any other way of spreading or transferring the Software. The Client may not create studies, publications and extensions of the Software without an explicit agreement from LF Networks Ltd.
10. LF Networks Ltd may terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to comply with its terms. In this case the Client must destroy all copies of the Software.
11. LF Networks Ltd disclaims any warranty and shall not be liable for any physical or law defects of the Software. Any use of the Software is at the Client's own risk.
12. The Client is granted a limited (90 day from the day of purchase) warranty and a free (excluding communication costs) information and technical support. The limited warranty concerns the absence of unauthorized and hidden codes, excluding the demo version that includes the hidden code that makes it impossible to use the Software after 31 January 1998. The limited warranty also concerns the Software functionality's conformity with the documentation. The limited warranty does not state that the Software is entirely error-free and, particularly, will satisfy all the Client's expectations. The Client is liable for the proper choice and application of the Software as well as the expected or achieved results of the Software operation. In no event shall LF Networks Ltd be liable for any damages or losses (including loss of business profits, loss of information or any kind of pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product, even if LF Networks Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. In any case the total responsibility of LF Networks Ltd will not exceed the sum paid for the Software or the Software will be repaired or replaced.
