  27.    Web-O-Matic version 1.2 is being distributed as a 32-bit and
  28.    16-bit windows program.

  30.    To run the 32-bit Web-O-Matic, you MUST have a 32-bit TCP/IP stack.
  31.    Both Windows 95 and Windows NT provide 32-bit TCP/IP stacks 
  32.    that you can setup.

  34.    To obtain a copy of Web-O-Matic, first download the 
  35.    self-extracting executable file into a temporary directory.

  37.    Double-click on the self-extracting file
  38.    to start the installation.

  41. * For Win95 users, if you are using any versions prior to this
  42.   release, you will get multiple uninstall entries in your
  43.   Add/Remove program.  If you prefer not having multiple 
  44.   entries, you should do an uninstall to remove your previous 
  45.   version of Web-O-Matic before you install the new release.

  51.         Running Web-O-Matic

  53. What do I need to run Web-O-Matic?
  54.  
  55. You must have a direct Internet connection before you can use Web-O-Matic.
  56. The ability to send and receive e-mail does not necessarily mean you
  57. can run Web-O-Matic. There are three requirements for Web-O-Matic:
  58.     1. A direct Ethernet connection to the net, or a dialup
  59.        SLIP or PPP account from an Internet service provider.
  60.     2. TCP/IP stack
  61.     3. Netscape Navigator Gold software
  62.  
  63. You can get a direct connection to the Internet through a service
  64. provider in your area.  You will need to get a SLIP or a PPP account
  65. from an Internet provider (for a dialup account).

  67. When you have full Internet connectivity, you need to have a TCP/IP
  68. stack, dialer, and WINSOCK.DLL file.

  71. If you get the error message "Cannot find WINSOCK.DLL" when running
  72. Web-O-Matic, this means your computer is looking for the
  73. WINSOCK.DLL file that is part of a winsock package.
