  7. This game requires an AGA Amiga (A1200 or A4000), with at least 2 megs of
  8. Ram.  A hard drive is recommended but is not necessary to play the game.
  9. Users with accelerator boards or extra memory will find that the game will
  10. adjust its options to suit your machine.

  19. There is a hard drive installation script on the XTR4 disk.  To install
  20. just double click the HDInstall icon on the XTR4 disk and follow the on-screen
  21. prompts.
  22.  
  23. Users with only 2 megs of ram may find that the game doesn't work due to 
  24. insufficient memory.  If this happens you should reset the machine and hold down
  25. both mouse buttons before to bring up the boot menu.  You should then select
  26. 'Boot with no start-up'.  Once the machine has booted you will be shown a
  27. prompt.  To run XTreme Racing type :

  32. where <directory> is the location of the XTR directory.

  38. There is a floppy disk installation script on the XTR4 disk.  You MUST make
  39. copies of the original XTR disks (disks XTR2 and XTR3) before installing,
  40. the floppy disk installation will update data on these copies.

  42. You MUST load up your Workbench disk before you can install the XTR Data-Disk
  43. Upgrade!

  45. To install just double click the FloppyInstall icon on the XTR4 disk and
  46. follow the on-screen prompts.

  48. Floppy users note: The XTR Best Laps Utility can be found on the XTR5 disk,
  49. along with full AmigaGuide help docs.

  88. There are 5 completely new tile and objects graphic sets included on the
  89. data-disks.
  90. The new tracks now feature more objects than before.  These objects 
  91. include such delights as Elvis, putrefying corpses, football fans and LOADS
  92. of others!
  93. In all there are 20 new tracks (12 Race, 3 Bonus and 5 Deathmatch)!!!!

  95. There are now 3 new cups (Kiwi, Hot Leather and Double D), and 1 new season
  96. (Maniac GrandPRIX).
